Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. This role requires a high level of expertise in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Oversee onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the company.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate disputes between employees and management.
- Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management and employee development.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of performance improvement plans.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and manage employee benefits programs.
- Administer payroll and benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for employees.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on various HR-related topics.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
- Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- HR Strategy and Reporting:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving HR practices and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
